These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EZ Sam Pilot App ("App") provided by EZ
Sam Pilot ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. Use of the App:
The EZ Sam Pilot App is designed to provide information and assistance related to government contracts.
You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The App is intended for
businesses and individuals seeking information about government contracts.

2. User Accounts:
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your
account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during account creation and to notify
us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Data Accuracy:
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the App's content is for informational
purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy,
completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the App. You should independently verify
information before making any decisions based on it.

4. Intellectual Property:
The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the
intellectual property of EZ Sam Pilot and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

to its conflict of laws principles.

By using the EZ Sam Pilot App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these

If you would like to delete your account, please email us at info@ezsampilot.com. Deletion will take up to 24 hours. We do give a refund for subscriptions, but we will be glad to help where we can.
